Aneeta Prem is known for her work fighting injustices such as Forced Marriage, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Slavery and other forms of torture and oppression worldwide.

Aneeta is the Founder of Freedom Charity, a charity dedicated in giving support to victims of forced marriage and violence upon women thought to have brought dishonour on the family. Aneeta is also a Magistrate, chairing adult, family and youth courts.

“But It’s Not Fair”, a novel authored by Aneeta, is aimed at tackling the issue of Forced Marriage.
